Bidfit collects publicly available tender information from the National Treasury eTenders portal and municipal sources, and matches it to the business profile you provide. We help you discover opportunities; we do not submit bids on your behalf or guarantee any award.
Tender data originates from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed or changed by the issuing entity. Always confirm details — closing dates, briefing requirements, grading and eligibility — against the official tender document before bidding. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of our alerts.
New accounts get a 7-day free trial. After the trial, paid plans start at R499 per month (see our Pricing page for current plans and prices), billed via Paystack until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Prices include VAT where applicable.
Keep your profile accurate so matching works. Don't resell, scrape or redistribute Bidfit's ranked output as your own service. Don't misuse the platform.
We aim for reliable daily delivery but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features with reasonable notice.
To the extent permitted by South African law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for lost tenders, lost profit or indirect losses.
